Step One - Find your new home

To help you with options and your ultimate decision we will:

  • discuss in detail what you're looking for and advise you what's available where
  • keep in touch with regular phone, SMS and email updates of available homes to rent
  • arrange property inspections by appointment, when convenient for you
  • supply you with brochures of the inspected properties, with photos, detailed descriptions, (including fridge and washing machine space dimensions) and often a floor plan

    Finding your new home


Step Two - Secure the lease

When you find what you're looking for, lodge a rental application by whatever means convenient to you - on the spot, by fax, post or online - and we will:

  • process your application, usually within 24 hours
  • check references and provide progress updates
  • send you a confirmation letter or fax with all details
  • advise you on any legal requirements and rights
  • arrange tenancy paperwork and collection of keys at a location convenient for YOU

    Living in your new home


Step Three - Get comfortable

We even help you move, with these time and money saving ideas to greet your new home life. We will:

  • provide FREE OF CHARGE a caged trailer 6 x 4 with a heavy duty trolley to assist with stairs
  • offer connection/disconnection of services through Direct Connect to save you time calling the different companies
  • act on building maintenance calls promptly and provide regular progress updates when necessary
