Warwick is a Director of Domain Property Advocates and is involved in the Buyer Advocacy and Vendor Advocacy divisions of the business.

Warwick delights in assisting people to make the right property decisions and avoid being misled and out-negotiated by professional sales agents. He sees Domain Property Advocates as levelling the playing field for prospective purchasers and sellers by offering independent professional advice.

Warwick knows both sides of property negotiation having previously been a selling agent in Melbourne's Inner Eastern suburbs. This has given him a unique understanding of how the purchase and sale process works from the perspective of the vendor and the purchaser. He has grown in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs, and currently lives with his family in the Inner Eastern suburbs. His knowledge of these areas helps him offer his clients a wealth of property knowledge.

Melanie Dennis

Melanie Dennis is a Director of Domain Property Advocates and Officer in Effective Control. Melanie is also an REIV Accredited Property Manager.

Melanie’s major achievement in her career to date is becoming the REIV/The Age Property Manager of the Year 2008/2009 which then resulted in becoming the National Property Manager of the Year (REIA) 2009/2010.

Melanie oversees our Property Management division which boasts a team of full time staff, who manage an extensive portfolio of properties and tradespeople.

David McMillan

David is a Director of Domain Property Advocates and Officer in Effective Control of our Malvern office. David is involved in the Buyer Advocacy and Vendor Advocacy divisions of the business.

After working in the property industry for many years, David recognised a strong need for a buying service to assist people wishing to purchase property in Melbourne.

David has lived and worked in Melbourne for 25 years as a builder and real estate advocate. He has a thorough knowledge of the city and suburban real estate markets, along with training and proven ability to accurately analyse the market. Nicki Macrae

Andrea Diaz

Property Manager Andrea Diaz joined Domain Property Advocates to further develop her career with likeminded people. Andrea’s passion for customer service excellence is why she enjoys property management, “I can’t think of another job offering the same level of client interaction on a daily basis” says Andrea.

Solution focused Andrea’s dedication to problem solving is evident; no challenge is too great for this dedicated professional. Along with her experience in residential property management, Andrea has worked for a global developer; which has helped her to understand the challenges faced by different investors.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Andrea has proven academic dedication. Andrea is currently undertaking post graduate studies in Journalism, "So much of my job involves communication - It all helps me communicate with clients, landlords and tenants alike" says Andrea.

Outside of work, Andrea spends time with her partner Ben and dog Rusty, and is an avid Collingwood supporter.

Karly Gleich

Karly joined the Domain team as Reception Manager and has grown within the company to the position of Property Manager. A qualified graphic designer, Karly boasts a wealth of customer service experience alongside a valuable creative flair. Her previous experiences have fine tuned her attention to detail as well as developed her passion to provide customer service of the highest quality.

Being promoted from within the company has given Karly a fabulous opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business to take the next step. Leanne Greenway

Leanne’s passion for property, attention to detail, time management skills and a good sense of humour have enabled an enjoyable and successful career as a Property Manager for four years now. Before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Leanne had an extensive background in the legal profession, which has been of great benefit in the day to day management of residential property. Leanne ensures our clients are dealing with a mature and experienced representative.

Justin Hocking

Ten years within the Real Estate profession has given Justin some invaluable contacts. Justin has first-hand experience and associations with the building industry, property development, as well as being a trained Auctioneer and an awarded Real Estate Agent and Buyer’s Agent.

Justin’s true passion is to ensure his clients purchase property that has enhanced value because of his skills and knowledge. “In many cases, being able to provide the purchaser with support, my knowledge and the ability to simplify the process, often alleviates the stress and anxiety many people feel when searching and negotiating a property purchase”.

Through his professional industry contacts, Justin also acquires inside or first-hand knowledge not readily available to the public and its relative pipeline of information that can benefit his clients. This allows Justin to have an edge when leveraging or negotiating a sale.

Scott Lamin

Scott has been associated with the real estate industry now for 21 years.

Scott worked on new land estates while studying his Advanced Certificate of Real Estate and then was followed up by 12 years in property management.

After moving on from Property Management he started working at Console which gave him the knowledge of computing systems to be integrated with Property Management. After working at Console for a number of years, Scott then started training companies in 2006.

Scott keeps the team at Domain up to date with all their training needs to make sure that we are ahead of the technology curve.

Rob Millar

Personable, professional and passionate; Rob brings 25 years of experience as an Auctioneer, Estate Agent and Agency Owner as well as his intimate knowledge of the market to Domain Property Advocates.

Educated in Scotch College, Rob has enjoyed a lifelong affiliation with the inner-east and its residents. He has built long-term relationships with many members of his community from fellow parents from the Kew schools his three children attend to local resident who have enjoyed the record results his talents deliver.
