Our Code of Ethics

Domain Property Advocates agree to follow each of these principles in order to serve our clients, our team and our profession.

Honest and Trustworthy

Honesty and transparency are essential components of trust. Without trust an organisation cannot function effectively. A consultant has a duty to be honest and realistic in stating claims or estimates based on available data.

Confidentiality

Consultants have made an explicit promise to honor confidentiality. No consultant will disclose any information concerning a brief without prior approval from the client, their representative or by due process of law.

Objectivity

Consultants exercise objective and impartial judgment in each client brief undertaken, giving due consideration to all relevant facts.

Violations

All consultants are required to conform to and support each other with respect to all of the principles in our code of ethics. If a consultant does not follow this code, disciplinary action will be taken.

Discrimination

Consultants have an obligation to protect fundamental human rights and to respect the diversity of all cultures. They will treat fairly all persons regardless of race, religion, gender, disability, age or origin.

Consultants strive for nothing less than excellence in all aspects of their work, we continue to be the leaders in our industry and will continue to raise the bar for our competition.
